East Sardinia

The east coast of Sardinia is well known for its enchanting beaches, reaching in the northern coastline the so-called “Costa Smeralda”, the emerald coast, especially known for its enormous stream of VIP's spending their summer vacation on the smaller bays all along the coastline. In the island's interior part there are stunning landscapes, including several archaeological, historical and cultural highlights, such as Nuoro and Tortolì. The whole area of Ogliastra, extending from the Gennargentu mountains to the western coastline, is ideal for trekking tours, exploring the area for amazing natural landscapes, including Nauraghes monuments, ancient tombs and so on.
